HOLY SPIRIT
Come, Holy Spirit
fill the hearts of your faithful
and enkindle in them
the fire of your love.
Send forth your spirit

O God, who did instruct

by the light of the Holy Spirit,

Oh my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you and I detest all my
sins because of your just punishments. But most of all because they offend
you, my God, who are all good and deserving of
all my love. I firmly resolve with the help of your grace, to sin no
more and to avoid the near occasions of sin. Amen.

Oh, my God, I am sorry for my sins. In choosing to do wrong, and
failing to do good, I have sinned against you and your church. I firmly
intend, with the help of your son, to make up for my sins and to love as I
should. Our Savior, Jesus Christ, suffered and died for us. In
