Sacrament of Confirmation

ABOUT THE SACRAMENT
The Confirmation program is intended for students who are entering eighth grade through Junior year of high school. The sacrament of Confirmation builds on the sacraments of Baptism, Penance, and Holy Communion, completing the process of initiation into the Catholic community. It increases and deepens all of the graces granted at Baptism and confers special graces of the Holy Spirit upon the person being confirmed; just as such graces were granted to the Apostles on Pentecost.

SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION
The Confirmation program is intended for students who are in 8th– 11th grades. The Confirmation program will be held on Sundays from 4:15-5:45 p.m. in the Family Center starting in September through April 2025.  Most of the schedule will be every other week for most of the prep sessions.  Confirmation Mass is tentatively scheduled for May 2025. This program is for the public, private, homeschool, and catholic school students.

April 14 - 20, 2025 – CONFIRMATION INTERVIEWS

All who register for Confirmation classes must meet the prerequisite requirements found in the Confirmation policy.
